HERBS - FRESH OR DRIED
BREAD CRUMBS (ONLY USE IF YOU LIKE TO ADD THEM TO BULK
THE MIXTURE)
1. GRIND NUTS
2.PLACE GROUND NUTS IN BOWL
3.ADD FRESH HERBS, ONION AND BREAD CRUMBS
4.ADD EGG(WHOLE OR WHITES ONLY) OR OIL TO BIND
5.MIX WELL
6.CHECK CONSISTENCY BY SQUEEZING A SMALL AMOUNT
7.MAKE INTO PATTIES
8.COOK IN SMALL AMOUNT OF OIL IN FRYING PAN
9.SERVE WITH SALAD OR VEGIES OR MAKE A BURGER
